Chris Fahlman was born and raised on a farm in Southern Saskatchewan, where he developed a strong work ethic and a keen attention to detail. After selling the family farm in 2002, Chris transitioned into the construction industry, where he gained extensive experience in framing, complete renovations, quality control on new builds, and more. This practical knowledge, combined with a deep understanding of building materials and code, has equipped Chris with the expertise to be a top-tier home inspector.
Chris also spent several years working for a nationally recognized pest control company, where his sharp eye for detail and commitment to excellence earned him multiple regional and national awards as a Pest Control Technician. His specialized knowledge in pest and rodent damage, as well as identifying conditions conducive to infestations, is an invaluable asset during home inspections.
